What is a Wellness Check?

A wellness visit will allow us to check our clients physical and mental well-being, ensure access to medications, check food and water availability, help with preparing a meal, introduce and implement home safety guidelines for the bathroom, kitchen & bedrooms, check access and working condition of heating and air, review over-all home living conditions, make sure they understand and have access to emergency contacts and provide facetime communication with their loved one.
