Position Overview
The Studio Manager is the heart of our daily operations, leading the team, elevating the client experience, and ensuring the studio runs seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to take ownership as the studio continues to grow and evolve.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all day-to-day studio operations
• Lead, support, and develop front desk and wellness staff
• Deliver and uphold a high-touch, luxury client experience
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and studio flow
• Handle client relations with professionalism and care
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and ambiance standards
• Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering of retail and supplies
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach
• Help build and refine systems, processes, and team culture as we grow
Qualifications
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience (wellness, fitness, hospitality, or boutique retail preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A natural leader who inspires and motivates others
• Passion for health, wellness, and holistic living
• Experience with scheduling systems and basic business operations
• Ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and professional in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Certified in Yoga, Barre, and/or Pilates
